b.Keeping the fabric’s surface clean and tidy, smooth, stitching the same color, no color. and the fabric meet the size requirements, tolerance ≦ 2mm.

c.Safe use of electric shear (wearing protective gloves), CNC cutting, pay attention to hand operation, can not leave the device.

2. Crawler，High frequency welder

a. According to the drawings requirement , we need heat the corresponding tape and cloth, and heating before the knife-style, then test knife is solid, flat with the same small material.

b. Note that the heat junction without wrinkles, bubbles, smooth and firm, the spacing position in line with the drawings.

c. Operate equipment safety as the regulation requirement.

3.sidewall hit eyelet and rivet

a. Draw a good point, punching, preparing equipment and materials , tread the pedal with your feet, checking whether the eyelet is fit, then adjusting the mold .

b. Paying attention to the operate the equipment as safety regulations

c. Sewing, folding, packing

curtain, rope buckle sewing, cloth zipper sewing (dedicated nylon line)

Fabric folding (check the car surface clean and tidy, specifications and size consistent with the drawings that uniform)
